Casa Javier is one of the two apartments located within the Complex; It is characterized by being more intimate, since it is located on the east side, next to the pine forest. It has two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room-kitchen. All partially glazed and with views of the mountains and the town.

The elements of this pleasant and intimate apartment are detailed below:

STAYS AND EQUIPMENT

• Living room, with flat TV, Yamaha music system (Vintage, year 1976, a collector's jewel), electric sofa and sofa bed and dining table for 6 people.
• Full kitchen with induction hob, smoke extraction, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker... and kitchenware from leading brands, such as El Corte Inglés, 3 carnations...
• Master bedroom: all the elements are made of solid oak wood; It has a 150 cm wide double bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and a wardrobe for two people. Space open to a full bathroom with hydro-chrome-therapy bathtub and shower tray and access to a 30 m2 terrace.
• Secondary bedroom: double bed 135 cm wide and 100% cotton sheets. Full wardrobe for two people and views of the town of Centenillo.
• Separate full bathroom with shower.
• Laundry room, which includes a washing machine and the necessary cleaning elements for the maintenance of the apartment.
• Large terrace with dining table for 6 people and barbecue.
